Important Picture Day Information
Hello LPYFC Families!
New England Sports Photo (NESP) is proud to be LPYFC’s Picture Day vendor on Sunday September 29th AND Sunday October 13th, 2019. Please see the chart below for your child’s scheduled time:
To accommodate the number of photos, and to make sure players and cheerleaders have ample time for game preparation, we ask that your child arrive to the photo area (Near the LHS Snack Shack) 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled photo shoot, in full uniform.

As you can imagine, pre-orders help move the line along faster than paying at the field. Please print your online receipt and hand it to the photographer. The access code is accessible only through the end of the day on Picture Day. This helps ensure that parents are not making a purchase without confirming that an individual photo was taken. Purchases for multiple children in one credit card transaction can be done by setting up an account, otherwise, the “quick pay” option can be used.
Your child’s individual access code will be sent out 3-4 weeks after Picture Day. All orders taken after Picture Day are subject to increased prices
Paying on-site: The photographer will have extra order forms. Checks and cash will be accepted. Credit card information taken on-site will be processed off-site.
Buddy Pics: Head coaches and their players can have a photo taken together and receive a free 5×7 print. The photographer will add package number 98 to your order forms. Please inform photographers that you are a “head coach.” Buddy shots are free for head coaches with the purchase of any photo package.
Head Coaches can also have their photo taken with their child/children in the program and receive a free 5×7 print.
