We recognize that this has been a difficult season to say the least and understand that many of you were disappointed that we did not have a cheer season. However, we want you to know that WE HEARD YOU!

WE ARE EXCITED to offer you BOOTCAMP CLASSES to help condition and prepare you for next year! We have organized a bootcamp at Master O Karate at Market Street (MOKA). We can have 12 girls per class to ensure safe distance, however face masks are required when entering and leaving. The instructor will have his face mask on the entire time during class. The instructor, MASTER O, is a master personal trainer and 6th degree black belt with an amazing amount of energy.

Our Cheer Directors have been taking Women’s Kickboxing there (click here for Mom’s who are interested- https://www.mystudio.academy/m/?=7813420027/3521/16288//1598655296 ) and can attest to a full body workout to be expected and ability to have fun and learn components of self-defense!

The classes will take place on Wednesday and Thursday starting November 4th. The cost will be $60 for four weeks. Once the classes are full, we will look into adding additional classes depending on interest to participate. PLEASE ENSURE TO COMPLETE STEPS 3,4 AND 5 in order to register your child.

Location: Master O Karate at Market Street Lynnfield (next to Solstice)

Dates: (skipping the week of Thanksgiving)

  • Wednesday’s: November 4th, 11th, 18th & December 2nd
  • Thursday’s: November 5th, 12th, 19th & December 3rd
  • Overfill Clinic: In case we get more than 24 girls, then we will organize another day, potentially
  • Friday’s, but TBD

Two Time Slots:

  • Wednesday’s 4-4:45pm
  • Thursday’s 3-3:45pm
